About Me
Stepha Fode will be teaching homeroom grade 7 next year. After secondary school, Stepha completed an Associate of Arts Degree at Kwantlen University College, and then transferred to Simon Fraser University to complete her Bachelors degree in General Studies, with a focus in Developmental Psychology and another focus in English Literature. Following that, she completed her Bachelors in Education at UBC in Elementary Education (which goes to grade 7 in most of the lower mainland), with a focus of Fine Arts and Media in Education. Finally she went on to complete her Masters of Education in Special Education at UBC, with a focus in Teaching for the Deaf & Hard of Hearing, and Language and Literacy. She has been teaching for 13 years with experience in grades 1-12. Most recently, she taught in the Stony Creek Core program at Connections for Learning which is a program that offers the same academic schedule as the Parkland Student Athlete Academy.
